This policy explains how cancellations, transfers and refunds work for programs, workshops and events offered by REAL Business School, a professional education initiative of KNR Legacy Ventures Private Limited. Specific programs may have their own terms, which will be shared at registration and will prevail.
Cancellation by participant

Transfers and substitutions
You may request to transfer your seat to a future batch or substitute another participant from your organization by writing to us before the program starts.
Cancellation or rescheduling by REAL
If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another batch. If we reschedule, you may move to the new dates or request a full refund.
Corporate and customized programs
Cancellation and refund terms for corporate and customized engagements are as set out in the proposal or agreement with your organization.
How to request a refund

Non-refundable items
Fees for completed sessions, issued course material, assessments and certificates, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
